Ca 'Passion "a passion for wine" , is a small wine company born from the passion of some friends for wine of their territory
The vineyards of our wine are located in the hills at a height of about 200 m. above sea level, situated on a clay and limestone soil. These circumstances provide to our product a certain finesse of aromas and good structure in the mouth. We produce three different types of sparkling wine: "THE PRINCE" Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut (Charmat method), "THE PRINCE" Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry (Charmat method), "refounded" sparkling white wine result of a natural fermentation in the bottle.
