Ceuso extra virgin olive oil comes from the 3 hectare olive groves in the heart of the company's vineyards in
the Ceuso area, a few kilometres from Salemi, in the province of Trapani. The olive varieties are the
traditional local ones: Nocellara del Belice and Biancolilla. Careful harvesting and low-temperature pressing
ensure the greatest quality and organoleptic results.
